Description:
The convection oven is different from traditonal ones, they have more advantages. One of the them is the convection oven has a more evenly heated cooking space, that is there are three separate heating elements along the top, bottom and rear of the cooking space. It uses forced air to circulate the heat evenly around the cooking area and avoid the creation of hot or cold spots.
